Mallorca is more than a sun lounger. Along the west coast, villages nestle against the Tramuntana mountains, with olive groves on the slopes and small coves below. In Palma, you can spend a whole morning wandering without a plan.

Choose the east or south coast if quiet beach days are your priority. For swimming and city life together, Palma and its surroundings make a good base. Check the distance from your hotel to the beach; a beautiful coastal photo does not tell the whole story.
